Mercy Medical Center wanted to create a model for other institutions across the nation for Ovarian Care Centers. By building a center that facilitates one-on-one interaction between doctor and patient, while developing a community among the patients going through treatment, the Institute aims to create better outcomes and responses to treatment. By enclosing the concierge office, including private restrooms for each exam room, and installing E-Glass in the consult room windows, patients receive a very personal experience.
